ISLAMI Block Chain’s ISLAMICOIN token team launched its first token project, ISLAMedia, a global digital broadcasting platform that provides diverse Islamic content for the whole family. The platform’s content varies from Islamic documentaries to entertainment and drama, in addition to educational and cultural programs, family-oriented programs, children’s programs and others. The ISLAMedia team coordinates with a number of production houses in the Middle East and the Gulf region, such as Union Media for media production and distribution, Media Street, Safe Media, based in Beirut, and Baby Clay, based in Bahrain. This cooperation resulted in the production of more than 500 episodes specially prepared for the platform.
It is worth noting that the Islamia platform is the first Arab content platform to accept payments in digital currencies, and in the currency of ISLAMI, to which the platform is affiliated.
What distinguishes this platform also is the expertise of its team, led by the founder and CEO of the platform, Mr. Hassan Karim, who has more than 11 years of experience in the media field around the world, and a certified programmer for blockchain strategies from Oxford University in the United Kingdom. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He is the General Manager of Union Media, a Beirut-based media production and distribution company.
It should be noted that the Islamadia platform is the first project in the ISLAMICOIN coin portfolio, which is hoped to include, according to the project’s white paper, six other projects ranging from the wallet and the Islamicmall store, Islamic fashion, Islamic tourism, games, and a blockchain network, all of which will be subject to Sharia supervision and audit by Crypto-Halal office for the supervision and legal auditing of the digital market activities, in its capacity as an external Shariah observer.
